Our service is free for buyers. Participating real estate professionals compensate us for marketing and lead-connection services. This compensation does not change the price you pay for a home, and any agency relationship, agreement, or compensation between you and a real estate professional is solely between you and them.
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a professional, that any professional will contact you within a particular time, or that you will find or purchase a home. Any services provided to you by a real estate professional are provided at their sole discretion and under their own terms.
Submitting your information through this site does not obligate you to work with any real estate professional, sign any agreement, or purchase any property.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your home search. Real estate professionals rely on this information to evaluate whether and how to contact you.
We are not responsible for the actions, representations, advice, or conduct of any real estate professional we connect you with. Any agreement — including any brokerage services agreement required under Washington law — is strictly between you and that professional.
MyHomeSaleConnect is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or your dealings with any real estate professional in our network.
You agree to hold MyHomeSaleConnect harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this site, your submitted information, or your dealings with any real estate professional we connect you with.
